By booking an appointment, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
Booking Payments
- All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid at least one week (7 days) prior to the event date. Failure to do so will result in the following:
- 6 days prior: Client will receive a payment reminder and a warning of potential cancellation.
- 5 days prior: A second reminder will be sent.
- 4 days prior: If payment is not received and the client does not respond, the booking will be automatically canceled without a refund, and the outstanding balance will be sent to collections.

Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any services at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms: If a client breaches our Terms and Conditions.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the service (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, global pandemics, illness, or death).
- Non-Payment: If payments are not received within the agreed-upon time frame.
In the event of a cancellation, we will notify the client promptly and provide an explanation. However, clients remain responsible for any services rendered prior to cancellation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to avoid further charges.
- 30-15 days prior: A credit will be issued for future services.
- 14 days or less: The full balance remains due, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
- If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the client for any reason, we are not responsible for accommodating the new date. If we cannot do so without undue hardship, no refund will be provided.
Financial Transactions
All financial transactions made through our website or services are subject to Canadian federal laws and Ontario provincial laws governing online transactions, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
- Payments for services must be made in full prior to commencement unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in processing.
Liability and Errors
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided. We will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Additionally, while we aim to provide continuous service, we are not liable for any downtime, outages, or technical difficulties related to the website or our services, in accordance with applicable Ontario and Canadian laws regarding service disruptions.

- All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is protected by Canadian copyright and other intellectual property laws.
